Bayshore Gallery is the first-ever fine art gallery in the Bayshore District—an inspired concept bringing global art to one of Naples’ most dynamic cultural neighborhoods.
Visionary real estate broker and founder Diane Sullivan long dreamed of introducing a gallery to the district she helped shape. With the acquisition of her latest multi-use warehouse, that vision becomes reality.
To bring it to life, Diane tapped internationally acclaimed artist and gallerist Paul Harvey to serve as Gallery Director. Together, they are curating a rotating collection of emerging and mid-career artists from around the world—offering visitors, collectors, and brands an opportunity to experience contemporary fine art in a bold new space.
More than just a gallery, Bayshore Gallery is a celebration of art, culture, and creativity—designed to spark conversation and inspire connection in the heart of Naples’ next great destination.

Meet The Team
Paul Harvey
Paul Harvey is a celebrated sculptor and creative visionary whose artistic journey began at just 15 years old. Drawn to the raw beauty and challenge of metalwork, he quickly gained recognition on the national art show circuit—exhibiting his work across the United States for over two decades. His sculptures have earned numerous awards and now reside in corporate collections nationwide. Paul has also collaborated with interior designers and architects to create custom pieces for both residential and commercial spaces, indoors and out.
In recent years, he returned to the studio with a renewed purpose, mastering a unique approach that blends torch-fired enamels and glass fusion on metal. His innovative works have drawn critical acclaim and strong collector interest, marking a bold new chapter in his career.
As Gallery Director of Bayshore Gallery, Paul brings both technical mastery and a worldly perspective to his curatorial role—shaping exhibitions that celebrate bold, emerging talent and spark conversation among collectors and creatives alike.
Diane Sullivan
Diane Sullivan is the visionary force behind Bayshore’s cultural renaissance. A lifelong Naples resident with deep roots in the community, Diane has been instrumental in transforming the Bayshore District into a vibrant hub for art, creativity, and community.
Her vision for an inclusive, thriving arts scene led to the creation of Bayshore Gallery—born from her belief that art can anchor a community and ignite meaningful change. With the acquisition of her latest multi-use warehouse, Diane saw the perfect opportunity to bring this dream to life.
To help realize that vision, she appointed renowned sculptor and curator Paul Harvey as Gallery Director. Under Diane’s leadership—and guided by Paul’s curatorial expertise—Bayshore Gallery is poised to become a destination for collectors, creatives, and culture-seekers alike.
Diane’s impact on Bayshore is both deep and dynamic. As founder and broker of Naples Beach & Bay Realty, she has led over $80 million in real estate sales in the district’s while shaping the district through landmark projects like The Gardenia House, The Bayshore Warehouse, Bayshore Bodega, and The Matt at Bayshore. She also leads her Bayshore District nonprofit committed to uplifting local community and preserving the district’s creative spirit.
With every endeavor, Diane bridges commerce and culture—proving that when passion meets purpose, entire neighborhoods can be reimagined.
